Our newest Limited Edition in collaboration with 'Callington Mill Distillery'. Created to celebrate the special ocassion of Father's Day.

This unique collaboration is like none before. With a classis touch of chocolate making, we have brought out the old Belgian recipe books that were typed with old fashion type writers and photocopied by the teacher to share between students. This style of Belgian chocolate making set the industry apart back in the 1900's. 

Similar to whisky we share fundamental knowhow set in stone that we untill today cary on in both industries.

The recipe chosen was a Dark Belgian Chocolate Mousse, a slowly aerated butter cream or in Belgian better know as a "creme au beurre", great tasting dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa, paired with a Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky matured in Madeira casks. 

As this recipe is simple yet the finest ingredients where chosen. The tasting notes of great tasting whisky and chocolate are the highlight of two crafts put together.

Tasting notes:

Creamy dark chocolate mousse, dried fruits, burnt caramel, walnuts and toasted oak. Balanced by the sweetness of honey and molasses.
