Shipping policy

All our products are sent with your chosen freight (Standard or Express), packed with protective insulated bubble wrap and a frozen ice pack to get your chocolate in perfect condition delivered to you.

Please note: If the weather gets too hot, we will get in contact to further discuss a more suitable date for shipping your order out.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Depending on where you are, Express Post timeframes are between 1-3 business days.

All deliveries are estimates and are delivered within the express delivery network, and vary depending on your location. Please note, all delivery estimates are based from time of dispatch, not from the time an order was placed. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During seasonal and promotional periods it may take between 2-5 business days.

 

Unfortunately refunds will not given due to melted items so please consider all of this prior to purchasing.
