A limited-edition Father’s Day chocolate collection handcrafted by Lakker Chocolatiers in collaboration with Callington Mill Distillery, celebrating two of Tasmania’s finest makers.

At the heart of this collection is Callington Mill’s award-winning Pedro Ximénez Cask Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, crowned Whisky of the Year at the 2025 London Spirits Competition and recognised among the world’s most decorated Tasmanian single malts.

Matured entirely in first-fill ex-Pedro Ximénez casks from Andalusia, Spain, the whisky develops rich notes of raisins, dates, figs, dark chocolate, coffee and honey. Tasmania’s cool climate and highland air allow the whisky to mature slowly, creating remarkable depth and complexity.

Lakker Chocolatiers has captured these distinctive flavours in a collection of handcrafted chocolates, pairing exceptional Belgian chocolate with the character of this celebrated Tasmanian single malt.
