To celebrate and embrace the darker things in life we collaborated with South Arm distillery, a small batch distillery who embraces quality and crafts uniquely Tasmanian small batch spirits. We have handpicked their limited-edition Mountain Pepper berry and Pepper berry leaf gin. It’s a true Tasmanian bouquet of native flavors, all sourced from Waratah, Northwest of Tasmania. Uniquely spicy with a fruity aftertaste.

The pralines in this box contain a smooth milk and dark chocolate ganache, infused with fresh blood oranges, native Mountain pepper berry, fresh Tasmanian cream and spiked with Mountain Pepper Gin. On top sits a blood orange gelée, blended with a French Cointreau liqueur, and gently dipped in our Signature 65% Dark Chocolate. Decorated with freeze dried blood orange.
